POSITION 1 

Director of Marketing

As Cardolite Corporation’s Director of Marketing, you are responsible for formulating and executing the market strategy for Cardolite’s full line of products in the coating and friction products industries. This position is responsible for managing all facets of the marketing process including market research, Cardolite’s product roadmap, product requirements generation, product management, product launch, sales tool generation, product promotion, etc.

To succeed in his position, you must be a self-starter and have the ability to work well externally with customers and other industry players. Good cross-functional leadership and communication internal to Cardolite is essential to completing the duties of this position. Like all managers at Cardolite, you are expected to be a working manager, strive to do more with less, and will be well rewarded and recognized for your success.

This position requires you to travel both internationally and domestically at least 25% of your time, and is located at Cardolite’s headquarters in New Jersey reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. A minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity is desired, and salary will be commensurate with your experience and skills.

Required Skills:

·        Practical experience researching markets and articulating market needs

·        Proven track record of bringing successful products to market

·        Ability to communicate effectively and motivate others

·        Self-motivated and eager to learn

·        Detail oriented, yet also able to think strategically

·        Cost conscious

 Desired Skills:

     ·        Degree in Chemistry or related field

·        Prior management experience

·        Multilingual

POSITION 2 

Chemist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Contribute to developing new products, modifying existing products, and services for commercial applications based on customer, market, or technologies

-Provide support internally and to external customers

-Travel required

REQUIREMENTS:

-B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry

-2+ years coatings industry experience

-Hands-on knowledge and experience in Coatings Industry
